How much does a website cost?

It depends entirely on the scope: number of pages, features, custom design, copywriting, whether an online store is needed. We provide an exact, free quote after an initial call, rather than display generic pricing that fits no one. You will know exactly what you are paying for and why. For smaller budgets, we also offer pre-designed, customized websites under our TechnoWeb brand.

How much does custom software cost?

The budget depends on the number of workflows covered, active users, and integrations required. We start with a brief scoping phase that produces a clear written specification and a reliable estimate. Fixed-price quotes for vague requirements serve no one, and we will tell you so upfront.

How long does a project take?

Expect 4 to 8 weeks for a showcase website, and longer for an online store. The first version of a business application is typically live within 6 to 12 weeks following scoping. Timelines mostly depend on complexity and how quickly content and data are provided.

You do. Upon delivery, we hand over the source code, the full Git history, technical documentation, and hosting credentials registered in your name. You can expand the project internally or with another agency without consulting us. On our end, we retain the right to reuse general non-proprietary code patterns for other projects, which does not restrict your usage in any way.

Where is the data hosted?

Exclusively in Switzerland with our partner Infomaniak, certified ISO 27001 and ISO 14001. Domain name, SSL certificate, and daily backups are included. If you prefer another host or your own infrastructure, that is also fully supported.

Will my website be visible on Google?

It will be properly indexed: site structure, meta tags, performance, structured data, and sitemaps are included in every project, giving Google everything it needs to understand your site. Ranking ahead of competitors on competitive search terms then requires content strategy and time. We will clearly distinguish what is covered by launching the site from ongoing SEO work, which is quoted separately.

Do you work with municipalities and public administrations?

Yes. Online portals, resident services, and internal management tools built with public sector standards in mind: Swiss hosting, cantonal data privacy compliance, accessibility, reversibility, and full source code handoff. We participate in direct procurement, invited tenders, and open calls for proposals.

Do you work outside of Lausanne?

Yes. We work across French-speaking Switzerland: Geneva, Yverdon, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Vevey, Martigny. We also serve clients in Évian and Paris. Most of the work is done remotely, and we travel on-site for key milestones when needed.

What happens after the launch?

The software is yours and keeps running. We offer an optional maintenance contract covering security updates, monitoring, backups, and ongoing enhancements. There is no obligation: many clients manage their tools independently and call us back only when a major update is needed.

Can I update the content myself?

Yes. We train your team upon delivery and hand over full administrative access. Text, images, and pages can be managed independently. For major structural changes, we remain available to help.
